# Onboarding process

To help you (Acquiring Service Providers) quickly start your business journey with Alipay+, we provide an efficient and caring onboarding service. This topic guides you through the general onboarding steps.

## Step 1. Sign NDA

**Status Indicator:** NDA signed

To cooperate with Alipay+ you need to sign a **Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)** with us.

## Step 2. Negotiate contract and complete DDQ

**Status Indicators:**
- Participation Agreement (PA) signed
- DDQ completed

Once the NDA is signed, we will approach you to present the Alipay+ payment solution and business proposal, and to negotiate a contract.

Meanwhile, you need to fill out the necessary information for the **Due Diligence Questionnaire**.


## Step 3. Integrate with Alipay+ products

**Status Indicator:** Integration completed

We provide user-friendly **APIs, SDKs, and tools** to help you facilitate the integration with Alipay+ products.

## Step 4. Conduct production acceptance testing

**Status Indicator:** Production acceptance testing completed

After launching your application, contact us to conduct production acceptance testing. It is recommended you provide the **merchant registration information** to us in advance so that we can help you accelerate the production acceptance testing.


## Step 5. Start your business

Once the production acceptance testing is passed, you can start your business journey with Alipay+.
