Notice: Ant Group SSL Root Certificate Updating

Dear Merchants and Partners,

Ant Group plans to gradually activate the new "*.alipay.com" server certificate from August 2024. The updated Root Certificate name is “DigiCert Global Root G2” issue by DigiCert. We will strongly recommend merchants and partners to confirm certificate truststore have trusted “DigiCert Global Root G2” before Aug 7th 2024. If not trusted “DigiCert Global Root G2”, merchants and partners system can not build HTTPS connection with Ant Global system, api, sftp server or website correctly.

For further detail about how to update and verify the truststore, please see this instruction. If you are not familiar with SSL certificate verification and updating, please inform your IT team or contact Ant Group at overseas_support@service.alibaba.com.

蚂蚁集团计划于 2024 年 8 月起逐步启用的“*.alipay.com”新服务器证书，即由 DigiCert 签发的根 CA 为“DigiCert Global Root G2”。我们强烈建议商家和合作伙伴，应于2024年8月7日前确认证书信任库已信任“DigiCert Global Root G2”。如果不信任“DigiCert Global Root G2”，商户及合作伙伴系统可能无法使用HTTPS与蚂蚁国际的系统、接口、SFTP服务器或网站等建立正常的网络通讯。
