Optimized the Cashier Payment process in the following aspects:

• For payments processed by Alipay, if Alipay SDK is already integrated, it will be directly used to initiate and complete the payment process for better user experience. To enable the optimization, the canProcessOrderWithPaymentResult and processOrderWithPaymentResult APIs are added to the SDK.
• If there is only one available payment method, the half-screen checkout interface is no longer displayed. Instead, the payment process is directly initiated to simplify the user experience.
