How can I update the email address for my account?
You can update the main email address for your account by either of the following two methods. Note that only your main account can be updated.
How can I modify the roles for my accounts?
You can go to the Account List page (Homepage —> Account Management —> Account List) where you can find a list of all accounts that are linked to your company and follow the steps below.
- Search for the account to be modified by Email or Account Name.
- Click Modify to modify the account.
- Reselect roles for the account, and then click Next.
- Check the account information, and then click Confirm.
How can I change my password?
If you forget your password, you can reset your password by clicking "Forgot password" when logging in. For detailed instructions, see Password reset in Alipay+ Partner Workspace User Guide.
If you would like to change your password regularly, you can change your password on the Security Settings page (Homepage —> Security Settings —> Change Password). For detailed instructions, see Password change in Alipay+ Partner Workspace User Guide.
What if my account is disabled?
You can contact your dedicated account manager (AM) by email with the title "Account Activation". Your account activation will be completed within 2 working days. Once it is completed, you will receive our notification email and be able to log in with your registered account.
Can I have multiple accounts for the Alipay+Partner Workspace, and give different permissions to these accounts?
Yes. You can customize roles by combining various permissions together, and you can assign one or more roles with a group of permissions to each account.
The main account linked with your partner ID has the Super Admin role with all the permissions.
