Download and login

Download and log in to Alipay+ Linker Wallet (also called "AWallet").

Download

Take the following steps to download AWallet.

Step 1: Confirm configurations

• If you are an Acquiring Service Provider, check the following preconditions in Alipay+ Developer Center:

• At least an application is created.
• The sandbox environment for the application is configured.

For details, see Alipay+ Developer Center User Guide.

• If you are a merchant, make sure that your Acquiring Service Provider has completed the following tasks:

• Finish all the configurations that are required for acceptance testing.
• Send the invitation to your mailbox, with a QR code to download AWallet and an account to log in to AWallet.

Step 2: Download AWallet

• If you are an Acquiring Service Provider, download AWallet via the QR code on the Alipay+ Linker Wallet page of Alipay+ Developer Center.

• If you are a merchant, download AWallet via the QR code in the invitation email.

Login

• If you are an Acquiring Service Provider, use your account for Alipay+ Developer Center to log in.
• If you are a merchant, use the account in the invitation email to log in.

Step 1: Enter your account

1. Open AWallet.

2. Enter your account and tap Login.

Step 2: Set your password (only for merchant's first-time login)

Note: This step is only applicable to merchants who are logging in for the first time. Otherwise, you are directed to the Enter Login Password page in Step 3.

1. A valid account leads you to the page for setting your password. Check your mailbox for a 6-digit PIN code that is sent by Alipay+. Enter the PIN code and tap Continue.
   If you find no PIN code in your mailbox, tap Not received PIN? for a new one.

2. Set your password on the Set Login Password page. Note that your password must have at least 6 characters.
   After entering your password, you can confirm the password by tapping the eye icon to show or hide the password.

3. Tap Continue and re-enter your password on the Confirm Password page. Note that the password you entered here must be the same as the one set on the Set Password page.

Step 3: Enter your password

1. On the Enter Login Password page, enter your password.
   After entering your password, you can confirm the password by tapping the eye icon to show or hide the password.

2. Tap Continue to log in to AWallet.

Logout

1. On the Simulator or Test Suites page, tap the avatar icon in the top-right corner.

2. Tap Log Out.

Password reset

If you forget your login password, you can still log in by resetting your password.

Note:

• If you are an Acquiring Service Provider, you can reset your password in Alipay+ Developer Center or AWallet.
• If you are a merchant, you can reset your password on AWallet.

To reset your password on AWallet, take the following steps:

1. Open AWallet.
2. Enter your account and tap Login.
3. On the Enter Login Password page, tap Forgot Password?.

3. Check your mailbox for a 6-digit PIN code that is sent by Alipay+. Enter the PIN code and tap Continue.
   If you find no PIN code in your mailbox, tap Not received PIN? for a new one.

4. Reset your password on the Set Login Password page. Note that your password must have at least 6 characters.

After entering your password, you can confirm the password by tapping the eye icon to show or hide the password.

5. Tap Continue and re-enter your password on the Confirm Login Password page. Note that the password you entered here must be the same as the one set on the Set Password page.

6. Tap Continue to log in to AWallet with the new password.
