Close or reopen a store

To close or reopen a store, go to Store Management > Store List, find the store, and click Details to access the store details page.

Close a store

If store status of the Online Version is Open, you can change it to Closed status by clicking Offline. Then click Confirm in the popup window to close the online version. This temporarily removes the store from browsing and transactions.

Reopen a store

If store status of the Online Version is Closed, you can change it to Open status by clicking Online to reopen it. Then click Confirm in the popup window to reopen the online version. This will make the store available for browsing and transactions.

Note: Stores in Incomplete status cannot manage Online or Offline operations until all the required information is provided.
