Search for stores

Access the store list page

All registered stores provided by Acquirers can be found on the store list page.

You can navigate to the store list page on Alipay+ GM Portal through either of the following methods:

• Go to Store Management > Store List.

• Use the Search Store shortcut located on the homepage.

On the store list page, you can search for specific stores by using various search criteria, including Name, Edit Status, Online Status, Country/Region, and more.

View store details

To view the details of a store, go to Store Management > Store List, and click Details to access the store details page.

The store details page displays two versions: Edit Version and Online Version.

• Edit Version: The edit version enables you to update various details, such as store name, store description, and contact information. When you click Edit, you can modify store information. The editing process includes different statuses: Incomplete, Draft, Processing, Abnormal, and Open.

• Online Version: The online version displays the store information that is currently available for potential customers. The store information cannot be directly modified but you can manage the store status within the online version. The online version includes two statuses: Open and Closed.
