Onboarding process

To help you (Acquiring Service Providers) quickly start your business journey with Alipay+, we provide an efficient and caring onboarding service. This topic guides you through the general onboarding steps.

• NDA signed

  Step 1. Sign NDA

  To cooperate with Alipay+ you need to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with us.

  
• Participation Agreement (PA) signed

  DDQ completed

  Step 2. Negotiate contract and complete DDQ

  Once the NDA is signed, we will approach you to present the Alipay+ payment solution and business proposal, and to negotiate a contract.

  Meanwhile, you need to fill out the necessary information for the Due Diligence Questionnaire.

  
• Integration completed

  Step 3. Integrate with Alipay+ products

  We provide user-friendly APIs, SDKs, and tools to help you facilitate the integration with Alipay+ products. To quickly start your first application development and integration, see Get started with Alipay+ integration.

  
• Production acceptance tesing completed

  Step 4. Conduct production acceptance testing

  After launching your application, contact us to conduct production acceptance testing. It is recommended you provide the merchant registration information to us in advance so that we can help you accelerate the production acceptance testing.

  
• Step 5. Start your business

  Once the production acceptance testing is passed, you can start your business journey with Alipay+.
