Transactions

On the Transactions page of Alipay+ Linker Merchant (also called "AMerchant"), you can view the records of all transactions that occur during your testing.

Process a transaction

For a transaction record on the Transactions page, you can take further actions on it, including:

• Complete the transaction: You can complete transactions whose status is "PROCESSING" by tapping Pay below the transaction information. When the transaction succeeds, the transaction status changes to "SUCCESS".

• Cancel the transaction: You can cancel transactions whose status is "SUCCESS" or "PROCESSING" by tapping Cancel below the transaction information. When the transaction is canceled successfully, the transaction status changes to "CANCELLED".

• Initiate a refund: You can initiate a refund on transactions whose status is "SUCCESS" by tapping Refund below the transaction information. When the refund succeeds, the transaction status changes to "REFUND".

• Query the transaction: You can query all transactions listed on the page by tapping Query below the transaction information. You can check the transaction information, such as transaction ID, order amount, transaction status, transaction date, and API records.

Search for a transaction

1. Tap Search on the bottom of the Transactions page.

2. Set one or more of the following filters:

• Transaction ID
• Start Date
• End Date

3. Tap Search and the search result is displayed.
