Glossary

The brand display guidelines use the following basic concepts:

  • MPP: abbreviation for Mobile Payment Provider, a Mobile Payment Partner participating in Alipay+ Core or other user-facing or issuer-facing payment service provider cooperating with a member of Ant Group to enable payments.

You must ensure that the Acceptance Signage is prominently displayed on the cashier counter to indicate the acceptance of MPP Products. The standard signage templates are shown below.

Standard promotion signage

If offers provided by Alipay+ are available in your store, promotion signages can be displayed at the counter. The signage contains the Acceptance Marks and an effective offer code that can be scanned by customers to view the offer.

Plastic stands or stickers are available upon request.

Compact acceptance signage template

If you can't grant a standalone Acceptance Signage to Alipay+ due to the insufficient room at the counter, a compact template is recommended.

The compact Acceptance Signage uses a wrapped-up frame with a filleted corner. By squeezing the space, it can easily fit into your original acceptance signs, and be presented along with other payment method logos.

Design templates in .AI format are available upon request.

You can contact Alipay+ to obtain any of these signages.

Alipay+ provides customizable signages (assets) based on MPPs display choices.

QR code

When you generate and display the Alipay+ payment QR code (order code), you must place a plus sign icon in the middle of the code. The icon is a unique brand element of Alipay+, which helps emphasize the Alipay+ presence.

You must also display lQLPJw4V_q0oIOTNAWrNBd-wGB5lkEJLfRoE4caUAIA6AA_1503_362.png next to the QR code on the terminal.

Ensure that you test the QR code's scannability with the icon, make sure the icon is not too large to block the code.

Note: Alipay+'s "plus sign icon" can only be used at the center of a code. It cannot be used as a standalone brand mark in any other scenario.

Terminals

You need to display lQLPJw4V_q0oIOTNAWrNBd-wGB5lkEJLfRoE4caUAIA6AA_1503_362.png in the payment zone of the following POS terminals and registers if any of them is used.

Note: If you display any MPP individually, you must add an Alipay+ Partner brand mark along with the MPP either in text or image format.

Payment amount page
